Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Product must not be perishable or damaged by the customer

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (food items once opened)
• Personal care items
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Items on sale or clearance

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

1. We will inspect the product
2. We will notify you of approval or rejection
3. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
4. Refund will be credited to original payment method

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for a free replacement or full refund.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement for a full refund. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
